Lili Cochrane
Lili began working full time along side Dave since their youngest child started school. This really was a game changer for them as a business and a family. They now had a committed team together which meant they can focus on their business as well as their family needs. She quickly took on the roll of quality control as most of us with wives know that they have a sharper eye and higher quality standards than their husbands. This helped Dave improve his skill faster so the slaps to the back of the head would stop. (Haha). She is a truly vital part of this team and you will see her on every job fully hands on in every aspect of the build.

Hank may not be family in the literal sense but he is family to us in every other way. We met Hank many years ago and we instantly hit it off. He is kind, sincere, honest and extremely reliable and has the same family values that we were looking for. Hank also brings 30 years of construction and carpentry experience.
